How to ask for your money back.

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of a charge.

  • Our customer care team reviews every request and replies by email.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. To ask for a refund as well, say so in the same email.
  • Any approved refund is returned to the card that was charged.
  • Requests made after the refund window may not be eligible.
