Refund policy
How to ask for your money back.
- You can request a refund within 30 days of a charge.
- Send your request by email to help@xracademy-ccgb.com.
- Include the email address you subscribed with and the date of the charge.
- Our customer care team reviews every request and replies by email.
- Cancelling stops future charges. To ask for a refund as well, say so in the same email.
- Any approved refund is returned to the card that was charged.
- Requests made after the refund window may not be eligible.
